I went to Reflexology Plus tonight and had a two hour full body massage with Sophia, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly what I needed. From the moment the session started, I could feel myself letting go of all the stress I had been carrying. Sophia was attentive, intuitive, and so skilled. She really paid attention to what my body needed and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout. I also added the Thai stretching, and I am so glad I did. It felt incredible and left me feeling open, loose, and completely relaxed. By the end of the session, I felt calm, refreshed, and lighter both physically and mentally. The whole experience was peaceful and restorative. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophia to anyone looking to truly unwind.

Hands down (pun intended) the best massage ever! Please is clean, smells good, staff is cordial and accommodating, professional, and they keep their word. They will even allow you to share specifics of what you want! Priced well, and great location! I've added this spot to my self care routine, and I hope you will too!!!!

My girlfriend and I came in for a reflexology session and we both agreed afterward—it was amazing. The massage beds are set up in one large room, and if you want privacy, they simply close the curtain, which was perfect. The ambiance was classy and sleek with dim lighting, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. They even provided eye masks during the session, which was a really nice touch. The pressure was absolutely perfect. My masseuse incorporated simple but incredibly effective hip stretches, and wow—I genuinely felt like a new person afterward. They also used hot stones, salt scrubs, and a foot bath to fully soothe and relax our feet. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful and well done. I mentioned in the notes that it was my partner’s birthday, and they surprised her with a small bundt cake after the session. It was such a sweet gesture and made her feel truly special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place!

I decided to try out Reflexology Plus, despite having been a regular customer at a different massage business - I liked the idea of the "Plus." I was not disappointed. I asked for deep tissue, which many places don't really do well. Frank nailed it but after checking in several times to make sure the pressure was right, which I appreciated. I also tried an abdominal massage and a facial, which I'll do again. The public space ambiance is a bit more elegant, for lack of a better word, and a bit more private than many reflexology places, which was nice. Definitely worth a visit if you considering it. Chris at the front desk will answer any questions you have - they also have little videis to show what the service itself will actually look like, which was helpful.

The Into The Quiet experience was exactly what I needed. From the hosts' friendliness and the atmosphere when I entered, to my massage therapist Emily, who was skilled, effective, and accommodating. I appreciated the relaxing environment, the tranquil music, snacks provided due to the length of the session, and the other little extras like the hots stones, body brushing, foot soak/scrub, and service fee discount when paying cash. Everything was absolutely worth it. I don't make a ton of reviews, but these folks deserved it. Thank you so much.

Absolutely incredible! I’m an LMT and although I do practice some reflexology at my own office this place specializes in it! This is an extremely authentic eastern healing experience And the people really do know what they’re doing. The price point is extremely reasonable for what they offer. Will absolutely be back.

I didn’t know what to expect walking into Reflexology Plus, but what I experienced was deep relaxation and being treated like an absolute goddess. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for, respected, and completely at ease. The session was incredibly calming and grounding. I left feeling relaxed in my body, quiet in my mind, and truly restored. This was more than a service, it was an experience of full relaxation and presence. If you’re looking for a place where you can fully let go and feel taken care of, Reflexology Plus is a beautiful choice.

My mom scheduled massages for us as a post-breakup pick me up. We got there and the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. While checking in, my mom mentioned what prompted us to get massages and the gentleman at the front desk was very supportive. We went in did our massages (which were amazing) and came back out to the front desk where they had snacks, water, face masks, and a lemon bundt cake (since I dropped a lemon recently lol) waiting for us. It was so kind and unexpected. It really made my day and it was such a wonderful reminder of all the good people in the world. Great experience and definitely looking forward to coming back!

Reflexology Plus delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. We chose this as the final experience of our salon company retreat, and it was the perfect way to unwind, reconnect, and truly relax as a team. The therapists were outstanding, and Chris curated the experience with such care and professionalism. Every detail felt intentional, calming, and refined. Our entire group left feeling relaxed, restored, and incredibly well taken care of. The experience was so memorable that we’ve already decided to make this a birthday tradition for each team member going forward. If you’re looking for a luxurious, restorative group experience, or just a single experience, Reflexology Plus is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return.

This place was lovely right from the start! The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the interior was beautiful! I booked a couples massage, and was by far the best massage my partner and I have ever received! I came out feeling like I just took mushrooms— I was so relaxed and I couldn’t stop smiling!! It completely changed my mood and removed any tension I had. 20/10 Definitely worth the price, and I shall return!
